AI Visibility Lab measures and improves whether ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity cite your business, and proves the before/after lift. Based in Switzerland.
What we do
We provide AI search visibility audits and fixes for Swiss SMEs. The work has three parts: a free instant check that returns a 0–100 score and your top three gaps; a full written report, also free and delivered by email, that covers every gap with the exact recommended fix; and a paid engagement in which we apply the fixes and measure the before/after change in how often AI assistants cite you.
Who we work with
Our clients are small and medium-sized businesses in Switzerland, with a particular focus on professional-services firms and health and nutrition practitioners. These are businesses that already have a real reputation locally, often rank on Google, and are nonetheless absent from the answers their prospective clients now get from AI assistants.
Why this is not SEO
Traditional SEO optimises for a ranking algorithm that weights links, keywords and page authority. AI search visibility depends on different signals: entity clarity in your structured data, an answer-first content structure, factual density, and access for the AI crawlers. A site can rank on the first page of Google and still never be named by ChatGPT or Perplexity. The two problems are related but they are not the same, and the fixes are not the same.
We ran the engine on our own site
Before offering the audit to anyone else, we ran our own scoring engine against this website and published the result: 74/100, along with the full list of what it found and what we changed. We think a service that diagnoses entity clarity should be able to show its own.
